Privacy Policy
Effective August 18, 2026
DayBingo is operated by Klein Labs LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. In this policy, DayBingo, we, us, and our refer to Klein Labs LLC. This policy explains how DayBingo handles information when you create or respond to a shared availability event.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the service:
- Event names, descriptions, date ranges, and weekend preferences.
- Responder names and the dates they select.
- Basic request and device information, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and server logs.
- Short-lived, hashed security records used to rate-limit abusive activity.
- Messages you send us if you contact us.
DayBingo does not require an account, email address, payment information, or address.
How we use information
We use information to create and display events, synchronize availability, maintain and improve the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use event information for advertising.
Shared links are unlisted, not private
Each event has a long, difficult-to-guess URL. We do not publish an event directory and we tell search engines not to index event pages. However, anyone who receives an event link can view, edit, or delete that event and its responses. Treat the link like a shared document link and send it only to people you trust.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Cloudflare and related hosting infrastructure to deliver DayBingo, store event data, secure traffic, and operate the database. These providers process information for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction involving DayBingo, subject to applicable law.
Retention and deletion
Events are eligible for automatic deletion after approximately 90 days without activity. Security records are retained briefly and removed periodically. Operational logs and backups may remain for a limited additional period. Anyone with an event link can delete the event immediately from its Edit Event screen. Responders can also edit or remove their response.
Cookies and analytics
DayBingo does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers may use essential technologies needed to deliver and protect the service.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transport, managed database security, rate limits, request-size limits, and unguessable event identifiers. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and a shared event link can be forwarded by its recipients.
Children
DayBingo is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it.
Your choices
You can edit or delete information through the event link. For privacy questions or a deletion request you cannot complete yourself, email privacy@day-bingo.com. We may need the event URL to locate the relevant information.
International visitors and changes
DayBingo is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
